Description

This chorizo is a longaniza style sausage made from the authentic Ibérico Spanish pork and cured with the fresh air from the mountains in Salamanca. Seasoned with the smoky pimenton-paprika from Extremadura, it has an intense, unique red color and a complex, meaty flavor. Slice thinly and serve with fresh bread and add some Manchego cheese too. It's something more than regular chorizo for cooking, Iberico breed makes amazing products further than Jamon.
